In this project, the customer requested a complete lime finish for both the interior and exterior of their home. This choice not only delivered the breathable benefits of lime but also incorporated the insulating properties of the Thermal Lime system by Adaptivate. After this, we installed a wood wall board that was base-coated with universal Adaptivate and reinforced with mesh to prevent cracking. We then applied a Smooth Adaptivate top coat. We finished the interior with a beautiful lime plaster, while the exterior was rendered with PRB Systems’ Belle Époque coloured lime render in the stunning shade of Jaune Tourine. This combination enhanced the home’s energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
